What is the status of my order?
To check your order status, simply log into your account and click "Order History."
When is my credit card charged?
Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours from the time you place your order.
Do I need to setup an account to place an order?
You do not need to set up an account to place an order. However creating an account allows you to store your shipping information, see order history, and view your product’s warranty information. Additional features will be added to the account page in the near future.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We offer international shipping. Please note that you are responsible for any local import taxes and duties that may apply to your purchase.
What shipping service do you use for international orders?
We use DHL.
How long is the warranty period for each product?
Elysian Acoustic Labs provides a one-year warranty from the date of original retail purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship for our hardware products.
What is your return policy?
We offer refunds for eligible universal in-ear monitors when they are returned within 15 days from the shipment date.
All return requests are subject to approval solely at the discretion of Elysian Acoustic Labs. The product must be in its original state, complete with all original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale.

You can create an account to track your orders and start a return process if you need to.
How do I reset my password?
You can request a new password, by clicking here and selecting “I Forgot My Password” where you will be prompted to enter your email. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
Do you save my bank details?
Absolutely not! We never have access to this information. It is the company Stripe that deals with it. Your data is completely safe.
